To support IDWR’s Snake River Water Rights Adjudication program, Spatial Dynamics scanned and map-registered NHAPP aerial photography to produce registered digital township mosaic images. The photography was scanned at a 3-meter resolution to produce 24-bit tiff images, registered to the Public Land Survey System Geographic Coordinate Database (GDCB), and then mosaiced for each township. Where GCDB data was not available, 1:24,000 USGS Digital Line Graph (DLG) data was used for image registration. More than 1,000 township images were developed.
